SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you contact us for information about our services, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our business, new services and other updates.

Data retention period

We don’t want to keep your data longer than necessary, so we would like to make clear to you how long we keep certain data you have provided to us:

  • Direct emails to our staff: For the duration of the communication
  • Direct emails to our company addresses (including web forms): For the duration of the communication
  • Our newsletter subscription: One year with annual reconfirmation of account details. When no reconfirmation is received,
    the record will be removed from the mailinglist.
  • Customer data: 7 years for invoices (required by law), up to 6 months after last invoice for contact information.

SECTION 2 – CONSENT

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to request further information, sign up for our newsletter, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?

SECTION 3 – DISCLOSURE

We won’t share your personal details with our partners, suppliers, clients or contractors without your explicit consent. In case of merger or acquisition of our company, your personal information will not be subject to this merger or acquisition and will not be shared with the related party or parties.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 – Website

Our website is hosted by Time4VPS, a hosting provider from Lithuania. They provide us with a virtual platform that allows us to run our website and offer services to you. We’ve taken considerable steps to ensure our data, including your privacy data, is stored secure, encrypted and protected within the borders of the EU, complying to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Released April 6, 2016).

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us.   • JetPack by Automattic: We use JetPack, a service of Automattic, the WordPress company, as a general service tool to manage and maintain our website.
