Your privacy is our concern and we do everything in our ability to guarantee the protection of information you share with us. Please read our privacy policy to understand what information we gather and how we’re processing this data.

When you contact us for information about our services, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our business, new services and other updates.

Data retention period

We don’t want to keep your data longer than necessary, so we would like to make clear to you how long we keep certain data you have provided to us:

  • Direct emails to our staff: For the duration of the communication
  • Direct emails to our company addresses (including web forms): For the duration of the communication
  • Our newsletter subscription: One year with annual reconfirmation of account details. When no reconfirmation is received,
    the record will be removed from the mailinglist.
  • Customer data: 7 years for invoices (required by law), up to 6 months after last invoice for contact information.

In2it makes it easy to access your personal data and request for rectification or removal of your personal information from our systems. Go to our “your personal data” page where you can download your own data or request for removal.


How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to request further information, sign up for our newsletter, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?

We won’t share your personal details with our partners, suppliers, clients or contractors without your explicit consent. In case of merger or acquisition of our company, your personal information will not be subject to this merger or acquisition and will not be shared with the related party or parties.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 – Website

Our website is hosted by Time4VPS, a hosting provider from Lithuania. They provide us with a virtual platform that allows us to run our website and offer services to you. We’ve taken considerable steps to ensure our data, including your privacy data, is stored secure, encrypted and protected within the borders of the EU, complying to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Released April 6, 2016).


In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.

As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.

Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

The following third-party services are being used by in2it vof:

  • Google Analytics: We measure the performance of our website and the impact of our marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, a free service provided by Google. Please verify Google’s Privacy Policy to understand how your privacy is being guaranteed by Google.
  • G Suite by Google: We use Google’s G Suite as office suite for our business. This includes (but not limited to) services like e-mail, document and file storage. Please verify Google’s Privacy Policy to understand how your privacy is being guaranteed by Google.
  • HighRise: We’re using HighRise CRM solution to manage our customers, projects and sales. Please go through HighRise’s privacy policy to learn how they protect your privacy.
  • Basecamp: To manage our projects we’re using Basecamp. Please read Basecamp’s privacy policy and GDPR compliance.
  • Slack: We’re using Slack as a communication platform to interact with partners, trainees and customers on projects and training courses. Please read Slack’s privacy policy and GDPR commitment for further information.
  • Akismet by Automattic: We use Akismet, a service of Automattic, the WordPress company, as spam protection service for blog comments and messages. Please review the Automattic Akismet Privacy Policy to understand the process and policies applied by Automattic to guarantee your privacy.
  • JetPack by Automattic: We use JetPack, a service of Automattic, the WordPress company, as a general service tool to manage and maintain our website. This service also collects visitor behaviour through their WordPress services.   • MailChimp: We use MailChimp for all our marketing mail services, including the sign-up for our newsletter or participating in marketing contests or raffles. Please review the Mailchimp Privacy Policy when using our marketing mail services.
  • FreshBooks: For our accounting we’re making use of FreshBooks, an online small business accounting service located in Canada. Please review FreshBooks’ privacy policy for details.
  • PayPal: To offer digital payment transfers for our customers, we’re relying on PayPal, an online payment service provider. Please consider PayPal’s Privacy Policy when making payments to us.
  • Stripe: To offer digital payment transfers for our customers, we’re relying on Stripe, an online payment service provider. Please consider Stripe’s Privacy Policy when making payments to us.

We also use 3rd-party security solutions that integrate with our applications, infrastructure and devices with whom we need to share some information in order to protect your privacy.

  • Sophos: Sophos is our main supplier for end-point security, server protection and e-mail protection. Please read Sophos’ privacy statement to understand what kind of information they process to allow us to protect your privacy.
  • Defiant: As an additional layer of protection, we’re using WordFence from Defiant to protect our website. Please read WordFence’s Privacy Statement.
  • Yubico: We have implemented two-factor authentication on all our services, our security keys and even our devices, using the Yubico U2F FIDO keys. Even though no information is shared with Yubico, we love their product we want to add them to this list.
  • Prey: All our devices have been installed with Prey‘s anti-theft and data protection solutions. Please read Prey’s privacy statement for details on which information they collect and how they protect it and their GDPR readiness policy.
  • New Relic: We’re using New Relic services to monitor our servers and services to be alerted for abnormalities in application usage, issues with hardware components and get alerts on infrastructure issues. When you click on links on our website, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.


To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
