PHP 7.1 is released!

The PHP team has reached another milestone today releasing PHP 7.1, the latest and greatest version of the world’s most popular development technology used on the internet.

Get the source code for PHP 7.1 directly from the downloads page on php.net, or get the Microsoft Windows binaries from PHP for windows site.

A complete migration guide is added to the PHP manual.
